Internet service in Costa Rica is generally good and Costa Rica does have high speed internet service, which is fast enough for those working from home. I have heard people complain about the internet service in Costa Rica but we have used internet at home for personal use is Costa Rica for a number of years now with no problem. I think people place there router poorly and most houses have concrete interior walls which affects the WIFI signal. There are a number of internet service providers in Costa Rica, many of them offer packages. We use Liberty for our internet and TV and they had it all set up the next day.
